Clinic Information

Superior Family Medical Center is located at 525 East 11th Street. Ample parking is available for patients and visitors just north of the north entrance. The check in or admissions area is just inside the north entrance. This admissions area is to be used by all hospital and clinic patients. The south entrance and admissions area may be more convenient for Cardiac Rehab and Physical Therapy patients as well as those visiting hospital patients. Those using the south entrance may park to the south east of the hospital around the helipad.

Superior Family Medical Center office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Appointments may be made by calling 402-879-4781. View Map

Superior has two satellite offices. One is located in Nelson, Nelson Family Medical Center, at 78 West 8th. Office hours are Monday & Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to noon and Friday 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Appointments may be made by calling 402-225-2375 or 402-879-4781. View Map

Edgar Medical Clinic located at 315 North C is staffed Monday & Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and Wednesday 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Appointments may be made by calling 402-224-3344 or 402-879-4781. View Map
